You more than likely will be hosting your BBQ outside, which is why you should consider renting a tent to have as a shaded area and to have just in case if it ends up raining (fingers crossed it doesn’t). We also have sidewalls for you to rent from us as well, if you want another option to help keep more of the sun or bugs. Then depending on how long you plan on having your party, you may also need some tent lighting. We also have this for you to rent, so then you don’t have to party in the dark and can have a nice added ambiance for your event. 

You can’t have a party without tables and chairs, and it’s a good thing that we have tables and chairs coming out of our ears so then you can have the right amount to fit your event size. Then if you want to add another nice little touch for your event and guests, you can also rent linens from us as well! You can get a linen option that makes your event more unique, or you can get your classic gingham styled linen to fit the classic BBQ party style. 

When it comes to hosting a party, you may need some extras of items or bigger versions of some items. Thankfully, we also have big trash can rentals cause let’s be honest when it comes to hosting an event there is always an ungodly amount of trash. We also have drink coolers for you to rent from us cause you may not have a big enough one or enough coolers in general. When you’re hosting an event you want to make sure you have a good variety of drink options and ensure they’re cold for you and your guests. We also have propane tanks for you to rent as a backup option if you happen to run out of or don’t have enough propane to grill all of your classic BBQ Party foods. 

Summerific BBQ Party Add Ons 

No summer BBQ is a good party without music, which is why Just In Case Party Rentals has options for you to choose from to ensure the vibes are set right when your guests arrive. If you’re someone who prefers to have aux at all times, you can rent a music speaker with a stand. Or maybe, you’re someone who doesn’t want to worry about a song that doesn’t fit the vibe of your event or want to worry about your device dying, which is why we also have the option for you to rent a DJ from us. For the DJ, you can either send them a list of approved songs to be played at your event, or you can let the DJ take the wheel on what gets played. Worried about quiet hours or late night noise complaints? No need to worry about that because you can also try doing a silent disco. Then everyone wins with the fun not having to stop and with no one being disturbed at all. 

A BBQ will definitely need some fun activities for everyone to enjoy. Which is why you could rent an inflatable from us. We have classic bounce houses, bounce and slide combos, and water slides. No matter how old your guests are, they’ll be sure to enjoy all of the inflatable fun you decided to have at your party! 

Every party is destined to have some fun and hilarious memories created and to ensure there’s at least one at your party, you could rent a dunk tank from us. This will be a sure way to create some laughs from your guests and a fun way to test everyone’s luck to see if they end up getting dunked. 

Maybe you want a unique party feature for your BBQ? Well lucky for you, we also have foam parties for you to get from us. You can have the option to do a DIY party, or you can have a staffed party instead so then you don’t have to do any more additional work while also trying to host a party. If you want to make the foam party even better, you can also get colored foam. You may also want to host your party for as long as possible, which is why we also have a glow foam option so then the party never has to end! 

We think this goes without saying, but if you’re planning on having a BBQ you should have some sort of game for your guests to play. Just In Case Party Rentals just so happens to have multiple game options for you to choose from. If you want something big and extra, we have inflatable games that give a big wow factor! If you want something more subtle or smaller to fit your party space, we also have interactive games which can fit in many party spaces regardless if they are big or small. Then if you’re having a backyard party, we believe it is kind of mandatory to have at least one kind of yard game. Good thing we have just about any yard game you can think of! 

If you want a different game option that not many people see at their typical BBQ party, you can rent our portable mini golf game from us! We have 9 and 18 hole options for you to choose from and to go hand in hand with the glow foam party that you may be considering, we also have a blacklight mini golf rental for you as well. Then if you want to add some challenge to your mini golf rental, you can also get a course with large obstacles. 

You obviously will have BBQ food options, but maybe you want to give your guests some different snack options while they wait for their hamburgers and hotdogs to be made. Which is why you can also get concession rentals from us as well. We have a popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, and a snow cone machine. You can get either one option, or all three for you and your guests to try.
