How pickup works
reserve your rentals
Select the rental items you need, book them for your event date, and choose a pickup time. We’ll handle the preparation so your order is ready when you arrive.

1. A valid photo ID
2. A valid payment method (if a balance is due at pickup)
3. A vehicle large enough to safely transport your rental items
4. Tie-down straps, bungee cords, moving blankets, or other securing materials as needed

Loading Area Information
- Pull into the designated loading area (The Concrete Ramp)
- Check in our office next to the ramp, so they can confirm your order and finalize any payments

- Please arrive during your scheduled pickup or return window.
- If you anticipate being late, contact us as soon as possible.
- Failure to return rental items by the scheduled return date may result in additional rental fees.

Return Information
All rental returns are by appointment only. If you anticipate being late for your scheduled return time, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to return rental items as scheduled may result in additional rental or late fees.
If you are unable to return your rental items, please contact us before your return appointment. We may be able to arrange a pickup service for an additional fee.
Due to insurance requirements, customers are responsible for unloading all returned items. Please ensure you bring someone who can assist with unloading if you are unable to do so yourself. Our staff cannot unload customer vehicles.

Many of our rental items are available for customer pickup. However, some items require delivery due to their size, weight, or installation requirements. Please review our Pickup Eligibility Guide or contact us if you’re unsure.
Yes. All customer pickups and returns are by appointment during our warehouse hours.

Vehicle requirements vary depending on the items and quantities rented. If you’re unsure, contact us before your pickup appointment and we’ll help determine if your vehicle is suitable.
Yes. If someone else will be picking up your order, please make sure they bring a valid photo ID, and a valid payment method (if needed).
Please note that due to insurance requirements, our staff cannot load customer vehicles. The person picking up the order should bring anyone they need to assist with loading and securing rental items.

If your vehicle cannot safely transport all your rental items, you may need to:
- Return with a larger vehicle
- Schedule multiple pickup appointments if your order contains a large number of small items
- Bring a trailer
- Schedule delivery instead (if available)
For safety reasons, we cannot allow overloaded vehicles.
For larger items, we strongly recommend bringing ratchet straps, bungee cords, moving blankets, or other materials needed to properly secure and protect your rental items during transport, especially when using an open truck bed or trailer.
Yes, but a trailer hitch is required. Please contact us before pickup if you have any questions about your vehicle or towing setup.
No. All tents require delivery and installation by our team.
Some inflatables may be available for customer pickup, while others require delivery. Please contact us for availability and transportation requirements.
You do not need to clean your rentals before returning them. We professionally clean and sanitize all rental equipment after it is returned. However, we ask that items be returned free of excessive food, mud, decorations, tape, or other debris.
Customers are responsible for rental items from the time of pickup until they are returned and checked in by our team. Damage, loss, theft, or misuse of rental equipment may result in repair or replacement charges.
To help protect against unexpected mishaps, we offer an Accidental Damage Waiver for 10% of the rental item total.
The Accidental Damage Waiver covers unintentional accidents that occur during normal use of the rental equipment.
Examples of Covered Accidents:
- A guest accidentally trips and breaks a chair.
- A table is accidentally knocked over and damaged during your event.
- A rental item is unintentionally damaged while being used as intended.
- Weather-related damage while following safety instructions
Examples of Damage NOT Covered:
- Theft or missing items.
- Intentional damage or misuse.
- Damage caused by negligence.
- Damage caused during transportation due to improper loading or securing of equipment.
- Weather-related damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.
For example, if Uncle Jimmy accidentally trips and breaks a chair, that would typically be covered. However, if a chair is left behind, stolen, thrown, or damaged due to misuse, it would not be covered by the waiver.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible.
No problem! If your order is too large or you’d rather skip the transportation logistics, our team offers delivery, setup, and pickup services for many rental items.
Most rental orders can be picked up the business day before your event and returned the business day after. Same day pickup and return appointments may also be available during our regular pickup and return hours. All appointments are scheduled based on inventory availability and warehouse scheduling.
No problem! If you’re having trouble rolling up a bounce house or packing up another rental item, we can arrange a pickup for an additional fee. To avoid late fees, please contact us before your return deadline so we can discuss your options and help find the best solution.
