Behind the business is Justin F. He’s the owner and driving force behind Just In Case Party Rentals.
Born and raised in the carnival industry, Justin has been surrounded by events, entertainment, and logistics his entire life. From a young age, he learned how to create fun, high energy experiences while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
That kind of experience can’t be taught, it’s built over a lifetime.
Today, Justin brings that same hands on knowledge into every event across Buffalo and Western New York, making sure customers get dependable service and an experience they can count on.

Nick – Office Manager (Top Left)
Nick leads the sales team, helping customers throughout Buffalo and Western New York find the perfect rentals for their events. He focuses on making the booking process easy, efficient, and tailored to each customer’s needs.
Justin S – Operations Manager (Top Right)
As Operations Manager, Justin oversees the day to day logistics, ensuring every rental is delivered on time, set up properly, and meets our high standards. He plays a key role in keeping events running smoothly from start to finish.
April – Sales & Accounting (Bottom Left)
April plays a dual role in both customer service and office operations. She helps customers plan their rentals while also keeping everything organized behind the scenes to ensure a smooth experience from booking to event day.
Carrie – Marketing Manager & Website (Bottom Right)
Carrie manages marketing and oversees the company’s online presence, including the website. She helps connect customers with Just In Case Party Rentals through social media, promotions, and digital content across Buffalo and Western New YorkAccount
