We offer several delivery and pickup options depending on how much flexibility you have before and after your event.
The most important thing to know: Unless you select Precise Delivery & Pickup Times, you are selecting a delivery/pickup day or range of days — not a specific time.
Our team builds delivery and pickup routes based on our event schedule. Your delivery can occur at any time within the timeframe you select.
For event-day deliveries, don’t worry — we will have your rentals delivered and set up before your event begins.

Our Delivery Types
Flexible Delivery & Pickup
Up to 3 Days Before & Up to 3 Days After
Our most flexible delivery option.
Your rentals may be delivered at any time up to 3 days before your event and picked up at any time up to 3 days after your event.
“Up to 3 days” does not mean we will always deliver 3 days early or pick up 3 days later.
Depending on our route and schedule, we might deliver:
- 3 days before your event
- 2 days before your event
- 1 day before your event
- Or closer to your event
The same applies to pickup. Your equipment could be picked up the next day, two days later, or up to three days after your event.
We determine the delivery and pickup days and times based on our schedule.
If you need your rentals delivered or removed on a particular day, one of our other delivery options may be a better fit.
Delivery 1 Day Before & Pickup 1 Day After
Flexible Pickup — $125
Want your delivery and pickup dates kept close to your event?
With this option, we will:
Deliver: The day before your event
Pick Up: The day after your event
Delivery and pickup may occur at ANY TIME on those days.
For example, a day-before delivery could occur in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The same applies to pickup the following day.
Additional Fee: $125
This option guarantees the delivery and pickup days — not the times.
If you need us to arrive during a particular timeframe, select Precise Delivery & Pickup Times.
Same-Day Delivery ONLY
Flexible Pickup — $100
Need your rentals delivered on the same day as your event?
With Same-Day Delivery, we will deliver your rentals at any time before your event begins and complete any required setup so everything is ready before your scheduled event start time.
The $100 fee applies to delivery only. Your pickup remains flexible and will be scheduled based on our route and delivery schedule.
Need same-day delivery AND same-day pickup? You will need to select Precise Delivery & Pickup Times — $250.
Please Note: Same-Day Delivery guarantees the day, not a specific delivery time. If you need us to arrive at a specific time, please select Precise Delivery & Pickup Times.
Same-Day Pickup ONLY
Flexible Delivery — $100
Need your rentals picked up on the same day your event ends?
With Same-Day Pickup, we will pick up your rentals at any time after your scheduled event end time, based on our route and schedule.
The $100 fee applies to pickup only. Your delivery remains flexible and will be scheduled based on our route and delivery schedule.
Need same-day delivery AND same-day pickup? You will need to select Precise Delivery & Pickup Times — $250.
Please Note: Same-Day Pickup guarantees the day, not a specific pickup time. If you need us to arrive at a specific time, please select Precise Delivery & Pickup Times.
Precise Delivery & Pickup Times
You Pick the Times — $250
Need your rentals delivered or picked up at a specific time?
With our Precise Delivery & Pickup option, you choose your delivery and pickup times, and we’ll be there at those times.
This is the only delivery option that allows you to select specific arrival times. All of our other delivery options provide a day or range of days, with the actual arrival time determined by our delivery schedule.
Precise Delivery & Pickup is ideal for:
- Venues with specific access times
- Parks, halls, schools, churches, and other facilities with scheduled rental periods
- Locations with limited setup or teardown windows
- Events that require delivery or pickup at a particular time
- Anyone who simply wants to know exactly when we’ll arrive
Additional Fee: $250
You pick the time. We’ll be there. If you need a specific delivery or pickup time, this is the option for you.

Pick It Up Yourself!
Looking to save some money? Select rental items are available for Customer Pickup, allowing you to pick up and return the equipment yourself and skip the delivery fees.
Keep in mind that not all rentals are eligible for Customer Pickup, and certain items require specific vehicle types or adequate cargo space to transport them safely.

Delivery Area, Minimum Orders & Distance Charges
We provide delivery service allowing us to serve events both near and far.
Your event’s distance from us affects two things:
1. Minimum Rental Total
The minimum amount of rental equipment required for us to deliver to your location.
2. Distance Charge
The additional charge for traveling to and from your event.
These are two separate amounts. A minimum rental total is NOT an additional fee.

Distance Charges
How Much Does Delivery Cost to My Area?
In addition to meeting the Minimum Rental Total for your area, a Distance Charge applies based on how far your event is from our location.
Unlike the Minimum Rental Total, the Distance Charge is an additional fee and is added to your order.

Please Note: Distance Charges are separate from your rental subtotal, Minimum Rental Total requirements, and any additional delivery or specialty service fees.
How Does It All Work?
Here’s a Quick Example:
Let’s say your event is 25 miles away from our location.
Minimum Rental Total: $499
Your order must contain at least $499 worth of qualifying rental items.
Distance Charge: $200
The $200 Distance Charge is added to your order for delivery to and from your event.
In Simple Terms:
$499 Minimum = Money you’re spending on your rentals.
$200 Distance Charge = An additional delivery fee.
Any other delivery options or specialty service fees you select would be added separately.
What to expect with your delivery
1. The Day Before
You’ll receive a text message the day before your scheduled delivery letting you know that your rentals are scheduled to arrive sometime the following day.
2. Delivery Day
You’ll receive another message showing what position your delivery is on our truck’s route for the day. This gives you a general idea of when our team may arrive.
3. We're Heading Your Way
Once our delivery team is heading directly to your location, they’ll give you a call to let you know they’re on the way.
4. Delivery & Setup
When your order includes equipment that requires setup, our team will complete the necessary setup so everything is ready before your scheduled event begins.
Need an exact arrival time?
The text notifications, route position, and driver call are designed to give you the best idea possible of when we’ll arrive, but we cannot provide or guarantee an exact delivery or pickup time unless you have selected Precise Delivery & Pickup Times.
Need us there at a specific time? Choose Precise Delivery & Pickup Times. You pick the time. We’ll be there.
Early Morning & After-Hours Services
Need Us Before 10 AM or After 6 PM?
Additional service fees apply when your event, venue, or schedule requires our team to deliver, set up, or pick up before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM.
These fees do NOT apply to flexible deliveries or pickups. If our delivery route happens to bring us to your location before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, you will not be charged an additional Early Morning or After-Hours fee.
The additional fee only applies when you require us to be there during those hours.
EARLY MORNING SERVICE - Before 10:00 AM
If your event or venue requires us to deliver, set up, or pick up before 10:00 AM, an additional Early Morning Service fee will apply. If we arrive before 10:00 AM as part of a flexible delivery or pickup route, there is no additional Early Morning Service fee.
AFTER-HOURS SERVICE - After 6:00 PM
If your event or venue requires us to deliver, set up, or pick up after 6:00 PM, an additional After-Hours Service fee will apply. If we arrive after 6:00 PM as part of a flexible delivery or pickup route, there is no additional After-Hours Service fee.
HOW DOES THIS WORK WITH PRECISE DELIVERY?
If you select Precise Delivery & Pickup Times and require an arrival time before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, the applicable Early Morning or After-Hours Service fee will be added in addition to the Precise Delivery & Pickup fee.
Example: If your venue requires us to pick up your rentals at exactly 9:00 PM, you would need Precise Delivery & Pickup Times plus the applicable After-Hours Service fee.
The Easy Way to Remember:
We schedule the early/late time → No additional fee.
You require the early/late time → Additional fee applies.
Do I need to be there for delivery?
As long as we can access the property and know where everything goes, you do not need to be there when we arrive.
SEND US A PHOTO
Text or email our office a photo showing where you'd like your rentals placed or set up.
LEAVE US A MARKER
Leave chairs, cones, buckets, shoes, or other easy-to-identify items to show us approximately where everything should go.
MAKE SURE WE HAVE ACCESS
Send us any gate codes, access instructions, or other information our delivery team will need.
That’s it! Give us a clear idea of where everything goes, make sure we can access the setup area, and we’ll take care of the rest.

No. Up to 3 days means your delivery or pickup can occur at any time within that window. Depending on our schedule, delivery could be three days before, two days before, the day before, or closer to your event. The same applies to pickup.
Yes. When your rental includes setup, our team will make sure the required setup is completed before your scheduled event begins.
If you need both delivery and pickup on the same day as your event, you’ll need to select Precise Delivery & Pickup Times — $250. Same-Day Delivery and Same-Day Pickup are separate one-sided options and cannot be combined.
