We are located on the left-hand side of the building, toward the back by the concrete ramp.
Your Event Isn’t Limited to Office Hours
Our office hours are when our office team is regularly available. Rentals, deliveries, setups, pickups, and events may take place outside of these hours, including evenings and weekends.
Weekend Events
Rentals and events can take place on weekends.
Evening Events
Your event does not need to end when our office closes.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery and pickup timing depends on the delivery option selected for your order.
Unless Precise Delivery & Pickup Times is selected, customers are choosing a delivery or pickup day, not a specific clock time. We build our routes around scheduled events, and event-day deliveries are set up before the event begins.
If a customer specifically requires service before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, additional fees may apply.
