🚚DELIVERY
- We deliver to Buffalo NY and surrounding areas!
- We set up frame tents 1 to 2 days before your event and does not count toward your event time.
- We take down our tents 1 to 3 days after your event end and also does not count toward your rental time.
- Can be set up on grass or concrete please be specific as we secure tents differently based on surface.
- Additional days can be added for $400 per day
- Standard delivery is up to 2 days before, pickup is up to 3 days after at no extra charge.
- Priority and specific drop-off/pick-up times incur additional fees.
- Last pick-up is at 6pm daily. After 6pm may incur a late fee.
- Delivery before 8am incurs an early drop-off fee.
- Hotel deliveries also incur an additional set-up fee.

- This tent fits 200 people just in chairs with NO TABLES.
- This tent fits 120 people with (15) 5 Foot Round Tables.
- This tent fits 144 people with (18) 8 Foot Rectangle Table.
