- Standard delivery is up to 2 days before, pickup is up to 2 days after at no extra charge
- Priority and specific drop-off/pick-up times incur additional fees
- Last pick-up is at 6pm daily. After 6pm may incur a late fee
- Delivery before 8am incurs an early drop-off fee
- Hotel deliveries also incur an additional set-up fee
- Price is for outside drop off. Long distances, steps, or elevators may incur additional fees
