We deliver to Buffalo NY and Western NY surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).

• Frame tents are typically installed 1 to 2 days before your event and removed 1 to 3 days after your event at no additional charge
• Additional days can be added for a fee
• Delivery 1 day before and pickup 1 day after is available for an additional fee
• Standard delivery is up to 2 days before, pickup is up to 2 days after at no extra charge
• Priority and specific drop-off/pick-up times incur additional fees
• Last pick-up is at 6pm daily. After 6pm may incur a late fee
• Delivery before 8am incurs an early drop-off fee
• Hotel deliveries also incur an additional set-up fee
• Can be installed on grass or concrete. Please specify your setup surface when booking.
• Price is for outside drop off. Long distances, steps, or elevators may incur additional fees

🌧️ RAIN DELAY POLICY

You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24-hour notice before delivery is given.

• Seats up to 56 guests with (7) 5-foot round tables
• Accommodates up to 75 guests with chairs only in a comfortable layout
